Monday


I've reached the end of the first day of development. After a few hours of work, I've gotten a lot done, but unfortunately not much to show. Basic movement is working, but I still have to implement collisions, rotations, and the physics for the grappling hooks. Most of the groundwork is there, so it shouldn't take long. Better art is also on the way, and if I'm lucky, sound.

I'm developing solo. My goal is to release this game in a week. I'll be working on Grapnel every day until Saturday, so expect daily devlogs. Tomorrow, hopefully, I'll have some gameplay to show off.
